Kealoha Nicholes

Kealoha was born & raised on the coast of Southern California; now, an Idahoan for 10+ years, along with her husband, Kevin and their -smarter than most humans- aussie/border collie dog, Rio.

Kealoha began her real estate career in 2015. Throughout the years, she has helped a variety of buyers & sellers including first-timers, growing families, empty nesters and relocators.  She is experienced with new construction by way of her personal new build, and by helping her many buyer clients with their custom home builds.  

Kealoha's Hawaiian heritage has influenced her values. Her entrepreneurial (and Hawaiian) spirit, along with her commitment to the highest level of customer service & professionalism, has lead her to top producing agent levels.  Her tenacious work ethic and professional poise plays a key role in her success. She take classes regularly to enhance her real estate knowledge and to stay on the forefront of a continually changing industry.
