Bill Nunn

Born and raised in rural San Diego County, CA. I bring a unique perspective shaped by my time living in diverse places like Gilbert, AZ; Anacortes, WA; McCall, ID; and Boise, ID. These experiences give me a well-rounded understanding of various lifestyles and neighborhoods, allowing me to better serve my clients’ needs. 

In addition to being a Realtor, I’ve held a Mortgage License since 2019 (NMLS#1786109). I currently hold licenses in Washington and Idaho. This allows me to provide my clients with an added layer of expertise throughout the home buying and finance process. With a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to always putting my clients’ best interests first, I aim to make each real estate journey as smooth and successful as possible.

Outside of real estate, I have a deep love for the outdoors and aquaculture. I actively work to increase fishing opportunities for all Idahoans by volunteering with Idaho Fish and Game. This is mostly centered around fish conservation and production efforts within fish hatchery programs. Due to this I am also a member of the Trout Unlimited and US Trout Farmers Association. I am supportive of Idaho’s deep roots and farming culture.
