Mekel Hofman
Biography
Mekel relocated from Bend, Oregon, to attend Boise State University, where he received a Business Management degree. It did not take long for him to fall in love as he explored the Boise Foothills, Greenbelt, Downtown, and surrounding areas. He has spent time all around the valley. He is very familiar with Boise and Meridian, influencing his ability to find the perfect location for buyers, whether they are hoping for a specific neighborhood or want to be close to a particular attraction.
Before acquiring his real estate license in January 2018, Mekel worked as a Heli-Rappeller for the U.S. Forest Service in Boise and New Meadows. As he and his wife purchased their first home, Mekel grew intrigued by the home buying process and chose to pursue a real estate career. Mekel enjoys having an opportunity to assist clients from near and far as they seek the perfect house to call home throughout Boise and the surrounding areas.
When Mekel is not in the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, Annie, and their Goldendoodle, Ember. He enjoys golfing, mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, hunting, and fishing.
